Ok...this is an easy but goody.
Basil Tomato Pasta:
2 cups extra light olive oil (do NOT use extra virgin) 1 Large can Red Gold whole tomatoes 3 table spoons fresh minced garlic (or pre minced jar garlic in olive oil) 1/2 cup Basil (best if fresh, if not available dried will do) 1 1/2 tea spoons salt 1 1/2 tea spoons pepper 1 tea spoon sugar 1 lb of spaghetti
Instructions:
Quarter tomatoes sautee garlic in your olive oil until lightly browned on med-hi heat (DO NOT BURN GARLIC...it will make it taste bitter) add your tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, sugar, cook for 10 minutes on med-hi heat.
Pour sauce over spaghetti, and sprinkle with FRESH grated parmesean cheese
IMPORTANT....the jars of soft parmesean cheese such as craft will be AWFUL on this...the oil causes it to clump.

This sounds pretty gross but it is actually wonderful..if you like sweet and sour chicken then you will probably love this...
Russian Chicken:
3, 8-oz chicken breasts 1 package Lipton's Golden onion soup mix 1 bottle of russian dressing (any brand will do) 1, 16-oz jar of Orange marmalade
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all ingredients except chicken together until all lumps are out...then add chicken Place aluminum foil over pan and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
This dish is wonderful served with long grain rice or mushroom rice.
