OMG, there is this guy who is from the next town, I don't know where he moved from but he's obviously not from out here: the land of the nice people. Anyways, he's a great big guy, likely in his late 40's, he has a real gruff voice and is the loudest mutha u ever heard. Anyways he came into the office last week when I was working all alone, and he had come in once before and was a rude-vertical miracle worshippers, so I dreaded seeing him when I was in there alone.
Anyways he asked some questions about how someone would gift a vehicle to him and what all the papers were that he needed. I explained to him exactly what he needed to do, and after about 5 mins of there bitching and complaining about how he didnt want to insure it through autopac (the only insurance for vehicles in manitoba because it is public), he left. I was pretty shaky, I don't even remember what he said that time but its the way he looks at you and says stuff, just creeps me the shit out.
Well he came in again today... if someone hadn't walked in the door right behind him, I would have asked my co-worker to serve the guy, because...like i said... hes a great big vertical miracle worshippers! Well he started off all loud and was like "OK, THIS is going to TAKe awhile, but bear with me and give me the information that i need" then he told me that he brought the papers i told him to last week... yes he had the statement of gift filled out, but he only brought in the transfer of ownership document and FAILED to read on it to get signed the part that says "seller" and "owner". So I told him, he needed that and he blatantly told me "well you sure didn't tell me that last week". This guy is so braindead... he's one of those people that instead of listening, goes on a tangent about how much he hates our entire system, how he's never seen a system so poorly run, and a whole bunch of other irrelevant crap, that quit frankly wastes my time.
Oh well... so anyways by this time the guy was being so loud that my co-worker came out of the other room to back me up. So now the guy wanted to know how much it would be to put lay-up, or storage insurance on it... SO I checked for him on our client system... not there... because he is one of the asses that thinks its horrible to keep his name on our system for easy look-up. SO I asked for his driver's licence... absolutely the only way to give him a quote. Then he got REALLY huffy and was like "what the hell do you need my licence for" and so i told him and he told me pretty much where i could go with that idea and he asked me and my co-worker 5 times to explain to him why we would need his licence to quote him. He told us just to get into someone else's file... we were like "sir, we are not allowed to do that"... ha... he was REALLY mad, and he stood up... looked at us... held out his papers and told me and my co-worker that we were ridiculous and should be ashamed of ourselves. As he was walking out the door I said to him " SORRY, that is the way the system works and the RULES we have to follow". My co-worker is the bosses son and he is going to tell the guy next time he comes in the office that he can take his insurance elsewhere he is not allowed in there. Dwayne doesn't want any of us in there alone and have this guy come in, he told me just to call the cops next time if he starts harrassing like that again and wont leave if we ask him to. I hate jerks... I think he's like one of those guys that would definitely hurt someone
