Beth you should never skip meals.. it screws everything up and makes your body want to store the fats and junk.. just munch on a salad or something.. you should eat at least 6 times a day.. all in small portions of course I had water so far.. HAHAHHAHAHA i just wrote all that out and look at me skipping meals.. what a jackass i am

hey now, i've lost all that weight because i cut out 1. sweet tea, 2. sweet treats, and 3. i only eat dinner. that's it. it's the only meal i eat. i've NEVER eaten breakfast, even when i was a kid...and i just stopped eating lunch.

WEll Bethy as a teacher you should know breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day because it raises your metabolism for the entire day. I bet if you even started eating an orange or a banana in the morning you would notice a HUGE difference! ;D

I just finished off 2 NY strip steaks... NUMMY!!! I also had a few fries, but couldn't hold that many because of all the meat.
