Ok... here's my whole beef with Tara using that excuse. I understand that when you're pregnant there are certain things that you're not supposed to do. She will take things to the next level though. She'll say some off the wall remark like "I can't write my name... because I'm pregnant." She does this because she knows how to push the right buttons on me to irritate me. I can do the same to her, but I don't have the excuse of saying I'm pregnant  She seems to have alot of fun with it. I'm sure that pretty soon she'll start it all over again. I'll let you all know when I've gone to the insane asylum. |

Ok...from a gal who has been pregnant 4 times in her life I can assure you that actually things like that do happen in pregnancy. Women tend to become more forgetful, losing things worse than they ever have...car keys, remote controls....hell even a glass of milk! Although I was really bad at forgetting things and normally I dont forget ANYTHING I cant say I ever forgot how to write my own name. Pregnant women also drop things alot because of the new veins being created through the body.....I cant speak for the men out there because I'm not one. You should be able to take some comfort though knowing that there are things such as sympathy pains and sympathy pains in the vertical miracle worshippers....these "pains" were created by men for men....this is a good time for you to make good use of them. After all it isn't everyday that you can say..."Honey, I'm sorry but the reason I am forgetting things like putting the toilet seat down and picking my clothes up off the floor is because I am having "sympathy pregnancy symptoms." Warning: Pregnant women tend to be even a little more over emotional and even more irrational as well, so you may want to proceed with that advise with great caution. I know we women can be a royal gigantic protruding hemmorhoid when pregnant but after all we are about to be pushing on average a 6 to 9 lb human being out of a very small opening while having things stretched broken and ripped..the whole time being fully aware that several perfect strangers are not only looking directly at ALL of our business which by the way isnt exactly "pretty" at the moment, but they are also sticking their entire hands up there.....talk about embarassing. True enough we are usually in too much pain to give a shit at the time but trust me when I say ...most of us tend to think about it later. |
